Assessing Risk for Display Screen Equipment

• Display Screen Equipment (DSE) risk assessments are carried out using the Health & Safety Executive’s DSE risk assessment form, which can be found HERE. DSE risk assessments should be conducted where and when required by the parish’s DSE Procedures.

Assessing All Other Risks

• Other than for DSE, risk assessments conducted within the parish should utilise the parish’s standard risk assessment template, which can be found HERE 
  

• A guide to using this risk assessment template can be found HERE
  

• Once completed, risk assessments should be sent to PCC (via the PCC Sec) for review and approval by the parish trustees.
