Welcome to our website and thank you for your interest in the community consultation we are running, for our 300th Anniversary project at St Andrew's Church Penrith.
In case you may not have received it already, some more background information can be found in the covering letter we have been sending out with the consultation form, which can be downloading by clicking on the link below.
Background Information Document
We are providing 3 different ways for you to complete the consultation form;
1) By completing it online from here, either directly on this website using the Online form below, or downloading the Word copy of the form below and returning it by email to;
standrewspenrith300@gmail.com
2) By completing a paper copy, which you may have received in person or by printing it from the PDF or Word versions below. You can then return it to Penrith Parish Office, St Andrew's Place, PENRITH, CA11 7XX, or put it in the wall-safe in St Andrew's church vestibule.
3) By coming along to our Coffee Morning consultation in St Andrew's church, on Saturday 10th November from 1000 - 1200. Copies of the form will be available and people ready to assist you in completing one and listening to your views.
